New York gave the Davis family their beginning. Now, they’re giving back to its future.
As Demario returns home to MetLife Stadium, every home game becomes an opportunity to give back. Through the Devoted Change Maker Grant, the Davises, in partnership with the Devoted Dreamers Foundation, will recognize eight local organizations, one at each home game, that are strengthening communities and changing lives across the New York and New Jersey area.
Because home is more than a place you return to. It’s a place you take care of.
Every great movement begins with a simple belief.

For Tamela and Demario Davis, that belief was that every person deserves someone who believes in them—and that when people are equipped with the right relationships, resources, and opportunities, they can flourish and positively impact the world around them.

That conviction became the foundation for Devoted Dreamers. Today, through the Foundation, Academy, and Role Model Award, that same mission continues to create opportunities, develop leaders, and celebrate those making a difference.

Where Dreams Take Shape
At Devoted Dreamers, our mission comes to life through three distinct initiatives—creating opportunities through the Foundation, equipping individuals through the Academy, and creating impact through grants and community giving.

Serving Communities. Creating Opportunities.
Through outreach, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives, the Foundation creates meaningful opportunities that inspire hope, strengthen communities, and empower individuals to flourish.
Equipping Dreamers to Grow & Lead
The Academy empowers individuals through mentorship, leadership development, educational experiences, and practical resources that help them discover their purpose and reach their full potential.
Investing in Change Already Happening
We believe in partnering with those already doing the work. Through grants and community giving, we help local organizations expand their impact, reach more people, and move change forward faster.
Making Dreams Possible
Behind every initiative is a life impacted, a community strengthened, and a dream empowered. Together, our Foundation, Academy, and Role Model Award are creating opportunities that inspire lasting change.
More than founders, Tamela and Demario are mentors, leaders, parents, and passionate advocates for helping others discover their God-given purpose.

Demario's journey taught him the power of having someone believe in you, while Tamela's heart as an educator has shaped a lifelong commitment to helping individuals grow into who they were created to be. Together, they combine their unique experiences to inspire others through faith, leadership, service, and authentic relationships.

Their shared vision continues to guide every initiative, partnership, and opportunity created through Devoted Dreamers
